We’re inviting all existing Klubfunder clubs to join our Referral Klub — a simple way to earn rewards by referring other clubs to the platform you already trust.

How it works

1. Know a club or clubs that would benefit from Klubfunder's innovative fundraising features? Send that club this link, or the 'Invite a Club' link below.

2. Your chosen club(s) sign up to join Klubfunder.

3. Email marketing@klubfunder.com, with the email address of the club admin that has signed up. 

4. Once your club commits to a Klubfunder Partner Plan (Silver or Gold), your club receives a cash reward (as outlined below) plus entry to an exclusive competition to win £500 gift of kit*.

Klubfunder Referral Scheme – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Klubfunder Referral Scheme (“the Scheme”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The Scheme is open to all existing Klubfunder users who refer a new club or organisation to Klubfunder.

• The referred club (“the New Club”) must not have previously registered with or used Klubfunder services.

• The New Club must sign up through an official referral process or clearly state the referring club during registration.

2. Reward Structure

Referrers may qualify for one or both of the following reward opportunities, subject to the conditions outlined below:

A. Entry to Win a Teamwear Kit Gift

• Referring clubs will be entered into a draw to win a teamwear kit gift if:

  • The New Club successfully signs up to Klubfunder.

  • The referring club is an active Teamwear Partner at the time of the draw.

• Winning clubs will be selected at random at scheduled intervals.

• Klubfunder reserves the right to determine the contents and value of the kit gift.

• One entry per successful referral.

B. Cash Reward

• The referring club will receive a cash reward as outlined in the tableif:

  • The New Club subscribes to a paid Klubfunder plan.

  • The New Club maintains an active subscription for a minimum of 3 consecutive months.

  • The reward will be processed only after the third full month of active subscription.

3. General Terms

• Only one reward (or entry) is provided per referred club.

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other products, services, or cash (except where stated).

• Referral entries and rewards are valid only when the referral is made before or during the New Club’s registration process.

• Klubfunder reserves the right to substitute prizes with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Abuse and Misuse

• Klubfunder reserves the right to cancel or withhold rewards or entries if:

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate referrals are suspected.

  • There is a breach of these terms and conditions.

  • The Scheme is being exploited in a way deemed unfair or unethical.

5. Changes and Cancellation

• Klubfunder may amend, pause, or terminate the Referral Scheme or its terms at any time without notice.

• Updates will be published on the Klubfunder website or communicated directly to users when possible.
